Health & Wellbeing
Mental health isn't only about managing difficulties – it's also about actively supporting your wellbeing and learning how to take care of yourself in ways that last.
Does this sound familiar?
- You want to do more for your mental health but aren't quite sure where to begin.
- You would like to build healthier habits that you can actually maintain over time.
- You often know what would be good for you but find it difficult to put that knowledge into practice.
- Sleep, movement, recovery, or self-care often get pushed aside in everyday life.
- You're functioning well but would like to experience more balance, energy, and quality of life.
- You don't want to wait until you're struggling to start taking care of your mental health.
How I can support you
Health and wellbeing rarely come down to one single change. They are often shaped by the interaction between our thoughts, habits, relationships, physical health, and the way we respond to stress and our own needs.
Together, we explore which areas of your life you would like to strengthen or change and what may have made those changes difficult in the past.
We develop realistic strategies that fit into your everyday life – helping you build healthier habits, strengthen your resources, and create greater balance, energy, and wellbeing over time.
My approach
My work combines insights from Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, and Positive Psychology with evidence-based approaches to behaviour change, mindfulness, and stress management.
Depending on your individual needs, we may also explore areas such as sleep, movement, recovery, self-care, and healthy routines.
The goal isn't to optimise every aspect of your life or to do everything “right”. Instead, we focus on the changes that genuinely matter to you and explore how they can gradually become a sustainable part of your everyday life.
Mental health can be preventive, too
You don't need to have a mental health condition or reach the point of complete exhaustion before seeking support.
Perhaps you want to change certain habits, strengthen your resilience, manage stress more effectively, or simply become more intentional about what supports your wellbeing in the long term.
Psychological support can help you better understand yourself and your patterns and create changes that go beyond short-term motivation to become sustainable over time.
